The administrative system in the Philippines has endured a lot of economic, social, and political turmoil.
Without systematic and methodological relationships among public offices, our great country would
become a dream.

The core function of the Philippine Administrative System is to connect the three branches of the
government – Legislative, Executive, and Judicial, and to associate their processes, systems, and
practices with each other as a way to have common goals. It also identifies the purpose of this
intergovernmental system and the target individuals, multidisciplinary groups, organizations,
corporations, and such.
