FVO- apprenticeship academy, every wednesday in your lunch hour from 12:05 to 12:50
MVO- only one day a week
FVO- yes! In the LRC
MVO- how will they help me?
FVO- they support you with applying to apprenticeship, they give employment skills and
even have monthly speakers that will know all the information you need. This will help your
confidence massively and also help you when you are able to get a full time job
MVO- oh wow! Where can I sign up?
FVO- go to the LRC classroom one on wednesday in your lunch hour and join up

FVO- are you looking to get fit in a safe and friendly environment for you to be able to train
your body.
FVO- yes, i want to train my body and also feel comfortable whilst doing it.
FVO- you can do all of that in the Miss-fit enrichment run by K.Radford.

FVO- where, when and what time!

FVO- at 12:15pm in the sports department gym and sports hall, every monday for 30
minutes
FVO- wow, that’s so appealing for me

SONG- how deep is your love, calvin harris and disciples

FVO- come down to the sports department at quarter past 12 in your lunch hour and learn
how to use the gym and exercise properly, with the help you may need in a safe and friendly
environment. Make sure to get there first to allocate one of the 20 spaces available.
