Cancellation Policy
In case that Customer cancel after purchase order and fulfilled downpayment the penalty to do so will be the downpayment in full. After delivery to broker/freight
forwarder or final destination no cancellation can be acceppted.
Export Compliance:
In the case that the customer uses his own freight forwarder or customs agent, the customer or the freight forwarder is responsible to provide to SLAM the
confirmation (ITN) number of the Electronic Export Information (EEI) and the AWB to confirm that the goods enlisted in the invoce which are subjet to export,
according to the US Customs Law. SLAM will provide under request the needed POA for the freight forwarder to fulfill this requisite.

On FCA, ExWorks incoterms the risk of damage and loss of the products from and until the delivery to the carrier is responsability of the buyer; the insurrance will
need to be acquired by the buyer. In case of specific inclusion of insurance in this quote or CIF or DDP incoterms, any shipping claim about the shipped goods has
to be made within 3 days of delivery and all evidence required by the insurance company has to be fulfilled so the claim can be presented; after this time we cannot
guarantee the claim could be accepted neither will the goods handled with manufacturers normal warranty.

All computer equipment is governed under warranty of the manufacturer. In the case of user; will incur an additional charge of 150.00 US + tax per hour plus
expenses
