It has come to my knowledge that students of classes 5th to 7 th are permitted
to attend school for regular classes from 15th December,2021 with the written

I solemnly agree for my ward’s strict adherence to follow the guidelines
regarding hygiene and sanitation issued by the school.
I also declare that my ward is in good health and is not under any medication /
medical treatment at present.
I also promise that in the incident of my ward falling ill or having symptoms of
Covid 19, I will inform the school management immediately and stop my ward
from attending school with effect from the same day.
I am also aware that in case of my ward getting any symptom of Covid 19 or
having Covid 19 positive during the days of attending school, the school
management will not be held responsible for it.
