1. Marketing/Store will received reservation of customer via email, viber and

telephone call.

2. Customer will pay via CDC (Customer Deposit Confirmation), PUP (Payment Upon Pick up)
or Receivable with terms.

3. Logistic Clerk/Inventory Sup will print the picking list.

4. Logistic clerk/Inventory Sup will designate the picking depending on the availability of
warehouse or store clerks.

5. Picker will pick the items based on the printed picking list.

6. Picker will double checked the picked items versus the picking list before putting in the box.

7. Picker will put standard reserved headers on the box.

8. Store/Marketing will contact the customer once advance order is ready for pick up. Customer's
discretion if the other 50% of payment will be upon pick up or cash on delivery.

9. Logistic clerk will process AR (Acknowledgement Receipt) and sales invoice for order's with free
delivery (Order above 15,000) for customer pick up, logistic clerk will only process
the sales invoice during pick up.
