Your package should include a basic salary, training benefits, health benefits, and other
inclusions that you think are needed.
Assuming and aspiring to be the best and top Health Care Company, these are the
following considerations that I think should be in our beneficial package for our employees:
1. Basic Salary: Our Health Care Workers can expect a competitive basic salary that is
commensurate with their qualifications and experience.
3. Health Benefits: The health and well-being of our employees are of utmost importance
to us, and we provide comprehensive health benefits that include medical, dental, and
vision coverage. We also have an Employee Assistance Program that offers counseling
services, mental health support, and resources to help employees achieve a healthy work-
life balance.
2. Paid time off: Our employees receive a generous amount of paid time off to take care of
their personal needs, such as vacations, sick days, and holidays.
3. Flexible work arrangements: We understand that our employees have different needs
and responsibilities outside of work, so we offer flexible work arrangements that allow
them to work from home or adjust their schedules as needed.
4. Career advancement opportunities: We actively promote from within and provide our
employees with opportunities to grow and advance in their careers. We offer tuition
reimbursement programs for employees who want to pursue higher education or training.
With my own knowledge because of my own company’s ways and strategy, if we are
providing comprehensive benefits and ensuring our employees' well-being, we are able to attract
and retain the best talent in the health care industry, and provide our patients with the highest
level of care.
2. Teacher
1. Basic Salary: The starting basic salary for a teacher with a Bachelor's degree and
teaching certification should be at least Php40,000.00 a month. Salary increases can be
based on experience and additional education qualifications.
4. Retirement Plan: Teachers should be provided with a competitive retirement plan, such
as a life plan or pension plan, with employer contributions. The retirement plan should be
designed to help teachers save for their future and provide them with financial security
during their retirement years.
5. Paid Time Off: Teachers should be provided with paid time off, including sick days,
personal days, and vacation days. The number of paid time off days can be based on
years of service or job performance.
6. Classroom Resources: Teachers should be provided with the necessary classroom
resources to help them effectively teach their students. These resources can include
textbooks, curriculum materials, classroom supplies, and technology equipment.
The following considerations above is I think the most applicable and resourceful employee
package for a teacher because it includes a competitive basic salary, comprehensive training
benefits, health benefits, retirement plan, paid time off, necessary classroom resources, and
tuition reimbursement. This package should be designed to maintain and sustain the best
teachers, while also providing them with the support and resources they need to excel in their
careers.
3. Factory Worker
Considering all the stories of my father when he was once a factory worker, I can see
how much that company for example created a program for the employees just only for short
term benefits and not a lasting one. The following considerations below is what I think should be
included in an employee program for a lasting job benefits and efficient factory performance:
1. Basic Salary: The basic salary for a Factory Worker should be at least the minimum
wage prescribed by the government in the country where the factory is located. In
addition, the salary should be commensurate with the skills and experience of the worker.
For example, an entry-level Factory Worker might be paid Php450.00 per hour, while an
experienced Factory Worker might be paid Php1000.00 per hour.
2. Training Benefits: A Factory Worker should receive training benefits to improve their
skills and knowledge. These benefits could include paid training programs, on-the-job
training, and access to training materials. For example, a new Factory Worker might
receive a week of paid training to learn the specific processes and machinery used in the
factory.
3. Health Benefits: A Factory Worker should receive adequate health benefits. These
benefits could include medical, dental, and vision insurance. The worker should be able
to choose the level of coverage that meets their needs. For example, a Factory Worker
might be able to choose between a high-deductible health plan with lower premiums or a
more comprehensive plan with higher premiums.
4. Retirement Benefits: A Factory Worker should be able to save for retirement through a
life plan or similar retirement savings plan. The employer should match a portion of the
worker's contributions. For example, the employer might match 50% of the worker's
contributions up to a maximum of 5% of their salary.
5. Paid Time Off: A Factory Worker should receive paid time off for vacations, sickness,
and personal days. The amount of paid time off should be based on the number of years
the worker has been employed. For example, a new Factory Worker might receive two
weeks of paid time off per year, while a ten-year veteran might receive four weeks.
6. Discounts: A Factory Worker should receive discounts on the products that their
company produces. For example, a Factory Worker might receive a discount on the
clothing items that are produced in the factory.
In the end, this employee package could be designed to attract and maintain the efficient
factory workers in the labor force. By offering a competitive salary, training benefits, health
benefits, and other inclusions, the employer can create a work culture where the employee feels
valued and motivated to deliver the best output.
