Voluntarily binding themselves to the following terms and conditions:

1. Site of Employment: Cosmetics and Skin Care Rebranding – Cosmetics Wholesaling

2. Contract Duration: Starting June 26, 2023 to September 26, 2023, three (3) months as
probationary period from 12:00 in the afternoon until 8:00 in the evening. Commencing
from the employee’s arrival to the site of employment.

3. Employee’s Position: Production Staff

4. Basic Monthly Salary: Thirteen Thousand in Philippine Peso (₱13,000.00)


5. Regular Working Hours: Maximum of eight (8) hours per day, six (6) days per week.

6. Overtime Pay:
a. For work over regular working hours: Seventy in Philippine Peso ((₱70.00)

7. Holidays’ Pay
Note: Employees are given the discretion to go to work (with salary) or not to be present
at work during non-working holidays. An advance notice should be done to the employer
with this regard of going or not going to work on a specific holiday.

8. Termination:

a. Termination by Employer. The employer may terminate this Contract on the


following just causes: serious misconduct, willful disobedience of employer’s
lawful orders, habitual neglect of duties, absenteeism, insubordination revealing
secrets of establishment, when employee violates customs, traditions, and laws of
company and/or terms of this Agreement.

b. Termination by Employee. The employee may terminate this Contract without


serving any notice to the employer for any of the following just causes: serious
insult by the employer or his representative, inhuman and unbearable treatment
accorded the employee by the employer or his representative, commission of a
crime and/or offense by the employer or his representative.

b.1 The employee may terminate this Contract without just cause by serving 30 days
in advance notice to the employer. The employer upon whom no such notice was
served may hold the employee liable for damages.

c. Termination due to Illness. Either party may terminate the contract on the ground
of critical illness, disease or injury by the employee.

9. Confidentiality, Rules and Regulations

a. The employee shall observe employer’s company rules, keep confidentiality of all
information received within and outside the premises of the company and abide
by the pertinent laws of its country and respect its customs and traditions. Failure
to comply with the said rules and regulations will result to immediate termination
of contract and possible cases if it is against the laws of employment under the
Republic of the Philippines.
b. Any form of damage or loss which affects the quality and quantity of the
belongings of the company (raw materials, products and objects within the
premises of the employment location) which evidently proved due to negligence
shall be deducted to the salary of the employee equivalent to the price and cost of
the damage or loss.

10. Governing Law: Other terms and conditions of employment, which are consistent with
the above provisions, shall be governed within the guidelines in respect to the
Department of Labor and Employment labor code under the pertinent laws of the
Republic of the Philippines.
