New session, new captain and new responsibility "with great power comes great responsibility".

SMA has been my alma mater, it has been responsible for shaping my wet clay like,
impressionable per onality; this school has instilled fortitude and determination in me and my
time spent in school is responsible for making me what I am today, thus I dedicate not only my
'EVOLUTION ' but also my
'CREATION ' as a leader to SMA.
My dream of leading the Shastri House finally matured on the day i took oath at the investiture
ceremony. I have been lucky to have everyone's support. The moment, when i walked as the
house captain, with the house flag in my hands, leading the marching contingent, is etched in my
memory and will be cherished forever. But in this' saga of success', every house member, right
from tiny toddler to house master and mistress- Mrs. Meenakshi walia ma'am and Mr. Himanshu
sir has supported me throughout and played a pivotal role.

Today as I stand at this juncture it makes me very sad to think that the glorious, the amazing, the
best 12 years of my life have now come to an end. As I pen down my last address as a Marian and
a Captain, a final message for you all would be is to cherish every moment, don't miss a single
opportunity to enjoy your school life because there will be a day when you all will be dressed in
suits and not in that old regular school uniform and a flex on the stage will read as "FAREWELL".
ONCE A MARAIN ALWAYS A MARAIN.

starting of a speech on leadership on the last day as a leader Good morning everyone. Today
marks the end of my journey as a leader of this organization. It has been a long and rewarding
journey, and I want to take the time to reflect on what I have learned about leadership.
Leadership is not about the title or the power that comes with it. It is about setting an example,
inspiring others and creating an environment where everyone can succeed. We must listen to
those around us, learn from our experiences, and show resilience in the face of adversity.
Leadership is also about taking risks, pushing boundaries, and leading with integrity. It is about
being a team player, working together with others and leading by example. It is about
understanding the strengths and weaknesses of the team and using them to achieve success.
Leadership is more than just the title. It is a journey of self-discovery and growth. It is about the
courage to make tough decisions, even when the outcome is uncertain. It is about leading with
empathy and understanding. It is about setting an example of how to work together and create
an environment of trust and respect. As I move on to my next adventure, I want to thank
everyone for their support and guidance. I am grateful to have

As I stand at this juncture, it makes me both sad and proud to think that the amazing, glorious,
and best 12 years of my life as a Marian have now come to an end. I have been incredibly lucky to
have had the support of everyone in this journey, from tiny toddlers to the house master and
mistress. As I take my leave as the house captain, I want to leave my fellow Marians with a
message: cherish every moment, don't miss a single opportunity to enjoy your school life, for one
day you will be dressed in suits and flexes will read "FAREWELL". For although this chapter of our
lives is ending, I believe that ONCE A MARIAN ALWAYS A MARIAN."

"Today marks the start of a new era, a new session, with a new captain and new responsibility;
for with great power comes great responsibility. As I stand here, taking up the mantle of
leadership as House Captain of Shastri House, I am reminded of the formative years I spent at
SMA, my alma mater, which has shaped my personality and instilled in me fortitude and
determination. Now, it is my turn to give back and I dedicate my creation and evolution as a
leader to this school. The moment I took the oath at the investiture ceremony and walked forward
with the house flag in my hands, leading the marching contingent, is etched in my memory and
will be cherished forever. I owe this success to the unwavering support of every house member,
right from tiny toddlers to house masters and mistresses like Mrs. Meenakshi Walia Ma’am and
Mr. Himanshu Sir. As I mark the end of twelve glorious and amazing years of my school life, I urge
you all to cherish every moment and make the best of every opportunity. For one day, you will all
be dressed in suits and a flex on the stage will read ‘FAREWELL’. Remember:

Now that I am stepping down the mantle of leadership as Captain of Shastri House, I am
reminded of the formative years I spent at SMA, my alma mater, which has shaped my
personality and instilled in me fortitude and determination. It has been a bitter sweet journey
with many lessons and learnings ,which I will carry throughout my life

thus I dedicate not only my 'EVOLUTION ' but also my

'CREATION ' as a leader to SMA.
