1. Tell me about yourself?

My name is Rafael Palacios. I am 23 years old. I am from Sincelejo, I am

creative, constant and organized innovator, customer service and My skills
for this job are data analysis and experience in health that help me to carry
out a job successfully.

2. why do you want this job?

 I see it as a way to progress in my work experience since I like

this area of health I am passionate and innovative, I feel that my
skills and knowledge could be a good fit for this job.

3. tell me about a difficulty in your previous job? (problema y la solución)

 My difficulties were working as a team, since it was impossible because

people liked to work alone.The solution was to Inspire and Support
them and review the work with good communication so that we could
work as a team

4. how do you see yourself in five years? (a nivel laboral)

In 5 years I will be in a health sector company that allows me to use my

knowledge and strengths, work with people who share my values and
objectives, with the professionalism of solving many problems.

5. what is your strength? (fortaleza)

My strength is my Empathy. I am a different man prepared since I can help

other people in what they find difficult or what they need.
6. what is your weakness? (debilidad)

I find it hard to reject people, I always say yes, I help others
regardless of my condition. The solution is to interact with
people with character and experience who help me overcome
my weaknesses and learn from their behavior.
7. is there anything else you want to accomplish?

 I would like to live in Canada and travel the world to know many
cultures with my family

8. why did you choose your career?

I chose it because I like everything related to health, with the purpose of

contributing to society everything related to me in the area of health
