 1. INTRODUCTION.

A lot of English teachers have the need to talk in Spanish to the students so they
understand the topic of the class, and it won’t help them to improve. Even other students need
to help their classmates along with the teacher so they can finish the activities on time. Most
of the class doesn’t know the level of English that they should know (even though some of
them have been in this bilingual school for whole years), or directly don't know basic english.
We know not everyone is good at English, but, in my opinion, it’s unacceptable if you don’t
know even a little bit of it in this school.

Learning another language helps your understanding, your acceptance and increases
the respect of the diversity in the world. Learning this language it’s even more important, it’s
the most talked language in the world, and the official language in 53 countries, without
counting that in almost every country the people know english.

Learning English in South America can bring you more opportunities in the future,
for example, you can study in another country, with a better education system, you can work
abroad (and there’s a really big variety of jobs that you can get) earning a lot more annually
than here (with the minimum salary being 1.160.00 pesos), etc.

Then we had the idea to create an english club.

This club is meant to help them to improve by using dynamic and fun activities and a
variety of entertaining topics, offering alternatives to teach the language, challenging the
education system we have and giving the students more freedom to expand their knowledge
with things they like and enjoy doing.
