For Nurture, Enthusiast, Leader & Achiever Course Students of Kota Center
1. Your attendance will be recorded by the Attendance Card.
2. Attendance Card is designed separately for each student.
3. Punch Attendance Card on the machine once while entering in
the class. Please do not punch Attendance Card on the machine
repeatedly. Maintain Social Distancing while punching the
Attendance Card.
4. In order to record your attendance it is mandatory to show
Attendance Card in front of a machine placed outside of your
classroom in ALLEN Campus. If the Attendance Card is shown correctly, then OK in green color
LED will be blinked on the machine. If for any reason it does not, contact Class Counter on your
floor.
5. If for some important reason you cannot attend the class then apply for leave online through
ALLEN Digital Website / Mobile App, otherwise you shall be considered absent in the classroom
during the leave. In case if you are absent due to illness or emergency then contact to nearby
Student Attendance Monitoring Cell when you resume classes.
6. If for some reason you leave the ALLEN Premises before completing your class (In between)
then you need to scan bar code of your Attendance Card or Photo ID card at exit location.
Without scanning students will not be permitted to leave the premises.
7. If you lose your Attendance Card or if it is not working then report nearby Student Attendance
Monitoring Cell or Class Counter immediately otherwise it can be misused and you will be
considered absent.
8. The student has to deposit ` 200/- for Duplicate Attendance Card.
After receiving Duplicate Attendance Card, attendance will be
marked by New Attendance Card only and the old Attendance Card
will be blocked automatically.
9. If you get your old Attendance Card back after receiving a Duplicate
Attendance Card then deposit the old Attendance Card at the
nearby Student Attendance Monitoring Cell or Student Support
Desk.

If your Attendance Card is punched by another student, then you and the concerned
student will be subject to Legal Action by ALLEN.

Attendance Card is mandatory to obtain Student Kit & Uniform.
