Karna Lake is a major tourist attraction in the Karnal district of Haryana. It is located at a distance of 124 km from Delhi,
Folklore has it that Karna, a famous character from Indian history, who played a major role in the war of Mahabharat, used to
bath in this lake. It was at this spot that he gave away his protective armor to Indra, the Godfather of Arjuna, Karna’s arch-
enemy. It is surmised that the city of Karnal derives its name from Karna-Taal, which translates to Karna Lake. That may also
be the reason for Karnal to be called the City of Karna in local parlance.

Day 01 (12th March 2023): Delhi to Karna Lake, Uchana, Haryana.

● 06:30am : Reach Swadeshi KTM showroom and sign the indemnity form.
● 07:15am : Flag off, leave for Karna Lake.
● 08:30am : Breakfast at Sudhir Murthal Dhaba, Sonipat.
● 09:45am : Leave for Karna lake.
● 11:15am : Reach at Karna Lake, participation in recreational activities.
● 12:15pm : Leave for Delhi
● 01:00pm : Lunch at Zhilmil Dhaba, GT road, opposite Karnal lake.
● 03:30pm : Back To Delhi
