Repair Method
The area around the leak was coated in a strengthening resin to build up the strength of the pipe. The Titan 505 composite was
then wrapped around the leak encompassing the injection divert. Once the Titan 505 had cured, the technicians injected a 2 part
fast cure sealant to stop the leak..

The full repair area was then hand prepped to clean away coatings and rust and to gain a good surface profile for the composite
to adhere to. The flanges were then built up to smooth out the geometry and allow the composite to be applied. After the
composite had cured, the repair area was coated in 2 layers of UV/Chemical resistant paint.
