of whatever nature and kind pertaining to FERNANDO DE LEON MIGUEL, and with any and all
third persons, concerns, or entities upon terms and conditions acceptable to our Attorney-in-Fact;

2. To request and receive in Assessor Office and Treasurer Office, (Tax Declaration, Tax Clearance,
Certificate of No Improvement, Barangay Certificate of No Tenancy and Barangay of Clearance of
No Tenancy), and secure pertinent documents covered by TCT No. ______________ located at
Barangay Prado Siongco Lubao, Pampanga.

3. To sign all Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) forms (2000-OT, 1606, 1706, etc.), transactions with
the Registry of Deeds (RD), and all other similar acts necessary and incidental to the intentions and
purpose and towards giving full effect thereto;

4. To delegate in whole or in part any and all of the powers herein granted or conferred, by means of
an instrument in writing, in favor of any third person/s whom my said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT may
select.
