    Wavemaker Partners is a cross-border venture capital firm with dual headquarters in Singapore

    and Los Angeles. We have raised over $580M across multiple funds with LPs such as IFC
    World Bank and Temasek Singapore.

    Wavemaker Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation (foundation arm) with a mission to


    provide a holistic development program for high ability youths, who are the next generation of
    change-makers.

    We are looking for a project management associate and/or intern to support the planning
    and development stage of Wavemaker Foundation.

    The impact you’ll have:

    We are establishing the Wavemaker Foundation from the ground up. This position will play a
    crucial role in achieving the planned outcomes for 2021, including a thorough and compelling
    business plan, a fair identification and selection process designed, and a holistic program
    designed.

    What you’ll do:

    Project Management
    - Work closely with the Foundation Lead to ensure that the project milestones are being met by
    the project teams
    - Act as a bridge between the project teams to ensure alignment of objectives and progress
    - Lead or participate as a member in all project teams.
    1. Selection process design project
    2. Program design project
    3. Strategy & Ops project

    Research
    - Conduct research and provide insights to the project teams to support the design decisions of
    the project teams

    Partnerships
    - Support the Foundation Lead in establishing new and nurturing existing partnerships
    - Develop well-composed and compelling marketing material to support partnerships
    development
    - Leverage partners in the development of the foundation
    Who you are:

    - You have a deep interest in impact and making a positive impact


    - You’re an undergraduate studying towards a degree in business or social sciences.
    - You’re meticulous and methodical but with a strong sense of urgency
    - You’re extremely organised with the ability to meet deadlines
    - You are an exceptional communicator (in all forms) as you are clear, concise and structured
