Operations Support (Global Assets / Salesforce Assets & Soluitons Group) – Consultant/ Senior

Consultant- Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

The Operations Support role is a critical role within our Global Assets and Salesforce ASG business. You will support
all areas relating to operations including budget management and reporting, interfirm agreements, resource planning
and management of the ASG syndicated funding model. In addition, the role will include helping drive aspects of
annual planning, quarterly reporting and general operational activities that make Global Assets a successful and high
functioning business.

Work you will do:

Manage global asset budget and allocation of inevstments

• Lead day to day management of global consulting asset budget (+SIF) including investment alloactions,
periodic forecasting, reporting to multiple stakeholder groups
• Stand up processes, in house practices and ruels of the road for the team to adhere to

Manage Salesforce ASG syndicated funding model including investment from

AU, DCE, NSE, US and CA
• Work with GTM teams to source period spend, review alloactions and forecasts, alignment of resources to
priority assets and report quarterly on YTD spend to leadership

Support annual planning in line with budget/investment

• Work with Global Assets/ASG COO on annual resource planning, asset sales targets, PPMD goal setting and
align as needed with budget/investment

Manage interfirm processes

• Lead day to day activities regarding MOUs, new vendor set up
• Impart knwoeledge on teams to ensure they follow correct processes
• Track all interfirm movements to ensure standards are met and procedures are followed

Manage overall budget/investment commnunications

• Own all reporting
• Work collaboratively with global finance, offerings and alliances
• Be the primary POC for all stakeholders on budget queries
• Manage procative communications to Global Asset and Salesforce ASG Leaders

Proactively be part of the team

• Develop knowledge of the global assets business and priority initiatives
• Share insights, collaborate, learn from others and impart knowledge to aid others development

Support/Manage the Global Assets/Salesforce ASG COO with strategic initiatives

• Provide support on key strategic intiiatives (capacity dependant) including program support, creation of
PPT/excel deliverables, insight on how to do things smarter, better and with more impact

Work timings: 11AM to 8PM

Education
• Bachelor’s degree required. MBA a plus

Years of Experience
• 2+ years in consulting, finance or other operational role

Required skills
• Strong core competency skills – budget management, stakeholder engagement, verbal and written
communication, strategic thinking
• Ability to give a point of view on how to effectively manage a budget
• Ability to manage and report on non global funding e.g. the ASG syndicated funding model
• Ability to build and maintain network across key leadership and stakeholders
• Ability to shape and finalize interfirm agreements
• Experience owning and executing effective reports
• Technology literacy including excel
• Exceptional attention to detail, responsiveness, and strong track record of executing high-impact initiatives
• Ability to anticipate and drive mitigation around risks

Preferred/Optional Skills
• Familiarity with Deloitte finance management systems and processes including MOUs
• Familiarity with Deloitte organization and proven ability to navigate and coordinate across networks, especially
across geographies, industries, and/or offerings
