Areas where I need to improve: Application of my knowledge to patient care

evidence and methods to investigate, evaluate, and improve patient care practices.

Areas where I am strong: Giving challenging questions to some attendings and pharmacists

Decrease unnecessary patient interaction, increase time to read when get new patients
