In order to guarantee that the building gypsum produced out complies with the

1.6.2 除尘和空气调节系统/dust collection and air adjusting system
1.6.2.1 除尘系统/System of dust collection
在建筑石膏的输送过程、破碎、粉磨、煅烧和包装过程中会产生扬尘。在粉尘产生区设立灰尘
收集点，并安装脉冲袋式除尘器，尘源区的含尘空气将被过滤后排向室外。废气排放浓度少于
50mg/Nm3，工作点的粉尘浓度不多于 10mg/Nm3。符合环保要求和工业事业卫生标准。为避免二次
灰尘，收集的灰尘收集起来送回到系统中的工艺设备中。
The swirling dusts will be produced in the process of building gypsum’s conveying,
crushing, grinding, calcining and packing. Dust collecting points need to be set up in
the dust generation area, and the pulse bag-type dust collectors also need to be
installed. The air containing dusts will be discharged out of room after being
filtered. The emission concentration of exhaust gas is less than 50mg/Nm3 and the dust
concentration in the operating area is less than 10mg/Nm3, which complies with
environmental requirements and industrial sanitary standards. In order to avoid the
secondary dusts, the collected dusts will be sent into the processing machines in
relative system.

2.1 工艺简介/Process introduction
2.1.1 破碎、粉磨工段/Crushing and grinding section

铲车司机把石膏矿石从料场取出放置到破碎机前的料斗，石膏矿石进入破碎机破碎成小于 20mm 的
小块，然后经过提升机提升后送入磨粉机粉磨成粒度合格的生石膏粉（二水石膏）；
The forklift driver shovels gypsum ores from the material field and then put them into
hopper in front of crusher, the gypsum ores will be crushed into the size which is less
than 20mm in the crushing machine, and lastly, the crushed gypsum ores will be elevated
into the mill to be ground into gypsum powder with qualified size.
2.1.2 煅烧工段/Calcining section
粉磨后的二水石膏经提升机提升后进入石膏煅烧机进行煅烧，煅烧机使用燃气导热油炉为燃料，
采用低温慢烧方式进行煅烧，可以很好的保证产品质量的稳定性。

The dihydrate gypsum after being calcined is elevated into the gypsum calciner for
burning through elevator, and the calciner takes the heat-conducting oil as the fuel
and adopts the method of low temperature and slow burning to calcine, which can highly
guarantee the stability of product quality.
2.1.3 成品包装和储存工段/ Packing and storing sections of finished product
煅烧后的石膏粉经过提升机提升到成品料仓储存，仓下设置自动称量包装机，包装秤 20-50kg
小袋进行销售或储存。
The gypsum powder after be calcined is elevated to the finished product silo for
storage through elevator. Under the silo, there is a packing machine which packs the
gypsum powder with 20-50kgs bags for sale or storage.
2.2 电控系统/Electric system

2.2.4 主生产控制/Control of main production
2.2.4.1 设计原则及方案/designing principle and scheme
为满足现代化建筑石膏生产线的工艺要求，保证工艺设备可靠运行，稳定工艺参数，保证产品
质量，节约能源，提高生产线的运转率。本工程采用技术先进,性能可靠的控制系统，对生产线集中
监视、操作和分散控制，可有效提高电控设备的可靠性和可维护性，实现控制、监视、操作的现代
化。由于采用开放的通讯协议，工厂管理系统(MIS)可以方便地连接到控制系统，使管理人员能随时
掌握工厂生产的实际情况，实现管理现代化。
In order to meet the process requests of modern building gypsum production line
、guarantee the reliable running of machines、stabilize the process parameters、ensure
the product quality and improve the running rate of production line, this project
adopts the advanced technologies and reliable control system to intensively
monitor、operate and control the production line, which can efficiently improve the
reliability and serviceability of electric control machines and realize the
modernization of control、monitoring and operation. Because of adopting the open
communication protocols, the MIS can be conveniently connected to control system, which
make the administrative staffs grasp the actual situation of production to realize the
modernization of management.
2.3 主要设备简介/Introduction of main machines
2.3.1 破碎机/Crusher
破碎机破碎比：进料 350mm 以下，出料 20mm，台时产量 11 吨。
Crushing ratio of crusher : feeding size below 350mm, discharging size at 20mm,
stand-along capacity per hour is 11 tons.
2.3.2 提升机/Elevator
提升机采用国内先进的 TH 系列板链式提升机，该型提升机具有输送量大、能耗低、密封好、
运行可靠等优点，是目前国内较先进的提升设备。
For elevator, the advanced TH-series board chain elevator in domestic is adopted,
it has the advantages of high conveying ability、low energy consumption、good
sealing、reliable running、etc. and is the more advanced elevating device at present in
domestic market.
2.3.3 磨机/Mill
本生产线中采用雷蒙磨机的换代产品——新型 LM-1300，该设备具有如下特点：
New-type LM-1300 mill is adopted in this line, it is the upgrade product of Raymond
mill, and it has the following advantages:

 整机为立式结构，占地面积小，系统性强，从原材料的粗加工到输送到制粉及最后的包装，
可自成一个独立的生产系统。
 Vertical structure for the whole machine, small occupied area、highly
systematic, a independent self-system of production is formed from the
roughing、conveying to the final packages.
 与其他磨粉设备相比，通筛率高达 99%。
 Comparing with other grinding machines, the shifting rate of this mill is at
99%.
 主机传动装置采用密闭齿轮箱和带轮，传动平稳，运转可靠。
 The transmission device of main engine adopts the sealed gear box and belt wheel
with smooth transmission and reliable running.
 磨粉机重要部件均采用优质铸件及型材制造，工艺精细，保证了整套设备的耐用性。
 The important parts of this mill totally adopt high-quality castings and
profiles which have the exquisite workmanship to finally guarantee the endurance of
the whole set of machines.
 磨粉机电气系统采用集中控制，选型先进合理自动化程度高。
 The electric system of this mill adopts the centralized control, and its model
selection is advanced and reasonable, and it also has great automation.
2.3.4 煅烧机 Calciner
采用具有我公司核心技术的石膏专用沸腾煅烧炉，该设备原理及特点如下：
石膏沸腾煅烧炉的床层状态属于鼓泡床，因此将这种炉子形象地称作“沸腾炉”。沸腾炉煅烧
部分为一个立式箱式容器在其底部装有一个气体分布板。目的是在停止工作时支撑固体粉料不致漏
粉，在工作时使气流从底部均匀地进入床层。在床层的上界面以上装有连续进料的投料机。在床层
上界面处的炉壁上有溢流孔，用于出料。在床层内装有大量的加热管，管内的加热介质为饱和蒸气
或载热油，热量通过管壁传递给管外处于流态化的石膏粉，使石膏粉脱水分解。在煅烧部分上部，
装有一个静电除尘器，气体离开流化床时带出来的少量粉尘，由静电除尘器收集后自动返回流化床，
已除尘的尾气由排风机抽出，排入大气。正常工作时，从沸腾炉底部鼓入空气，通过气体分布板进
入流化床。鼓入的空气不需要很多，稍稍超过临界气速，使床层实现流态化即可。此时淹没在流化
床中的加热管向物料传递大量的热量，使二水石膏粉达到脱水分解的温度，二水石膏就在流化床中
脱去结晶水并变为蒸气，这些蒸气与炉底鼓入的空气混合在一起，通过床层向上运动。由于蒸气量
比鼓入的空气量多得多，所以整个鼓泡床的流态化主要是靠石膏脱水形成的蒸气来实现的。由于在
流化床中粉料激烈的翻滚、混合，所以在整个流各处的物料温度和成分几乎是一致的。连续投入的
生石膏粉，一进入床层，几乎瞬间就与床层中大量热粉料混合均匀，在热粉料中迅速脱水分解。为
了避免刚加入的生料未完成脱水过程就过早短路排出，设计时在炉子中加了一块隔板，将流化床分
成大小两部分，两部分底部是连通的。生石膏粉先进入大的部分，在此脱掉大部分结晶水，然后通
过下部的通道进入小的部分，在这里完成最终的脱水过程，再由床层上部自动溢流出炉。
Special gypsum calciner manufactured with our company’s core technology, and it
has the following principles and characteristics:
Gypsum calciner is vividly named as “boiling kiln” for its foaming Bed Layer. Its
burning part is a vertical box container, with a Gas-distributing Plate in the bottom
to support solid power for avoiding the leak of gypsum powder when stopping work, to

make air flow come into Bed Layer symmetrically when working. Above the upper interface
of Bed Layer, there is a material-feeding machine for supplying materials continuously;
in the body of the kiln of its upper interface, there is a hole for discharging
materials. In Bed Layers, there are so many heating pipes, in which the heating medium
is saturated steam or thermal oil, sending heat by heating pipes to the outside flow
gypsum powder to make powder dehydrate and decompose. Above the calcination part, there
is a Static Dust Catcher for collecting dust and then return to Fluidized Bed
automatically. The rejected gas is discharged by Gas-discharging Machine. When it works
in normal, the air from the bottom of Boiling Kiln comes into Fluidized Bed by Gas-
distributing Plate (not need so much air, only makes the Bed Layer flow), at this time,
the heating pipes submerged in Fluidized Bed send much caloric to materials to make the
Dehydrate Gypsum powder reach the temperature for dehydration, after reach the
temperature, the Dehydrate Gypsum dehydrates crystal water into steam, then the steam
mixing with the gas from the bottom of kiln moves upward by Bed Layer, the flow of the
whole process comes true according the steam because the quantity of steam is much more
than the quantity of air; materials’ temperature and components of every part in the
whole Fluidized Bed is nearly consistent because of the drastic weltering and mixing of
powdery materials. Once the raw gypsum powder comes into Bed Layer, it will instantly
mix with many hot powdery materials symmetrically and be dehydrated and decomposed
quickly. In order to avoid powdery materials being discharged so early, we design a
partition board in the kiln to divide the Flow Bed into two parts: the large part and
the small part, their bottom are connected. The raw gypsum powder first comes into the
large part, in which dehydrates a majority of crystal water, then comes into the small
part by the bottom channel and finished the process of dehydration, and then flow out
the kiln automatically.
沸腾炉煅烧的特点(Characteristics of calciner) ：
a.设备小巧，生产能力大/small machine with big production capacity

沸腾炉生产能力的大小实质上由热源通过加热器壁传递给物料的热量多少来决定。沸腾炉由于物料
实现了彻底的流态化，因此炉内不需要安装搅拌设备。在炉内就可以高密度地安装很多加热管，因
此尺寸不大的炉子就可以有非常大的传热面积。另外，沸腾炉采用的热源为饱和蒸气或载热油，其
传热系数比热烟气为热源的传热系数高出一个数量级。从传热方程式就可看出，由于传热系数和传
热面积都较大，总传热量也就大。这就是说沸腾炉的生产能力比较大，比如产量为 5T 的沸腾炉，
直径只有 1.4m*1.4m，产量为 20T 的沸腾炉，其 2.6m*2.6m 的直径就足够了，这是其他传统的外热
式煅烧设备无法相比的。
The capacity of calciner is actually decided by how many heat quantities are transferred from heat
resources to the materials through heater walls.There is no need of mixing devices in the calciner
because the materials completely realize the fluidization. In the calciner, many heating pipes can
be installed in high density, so the calciner with small size can have a very large heat transfer
area. In addition, the calciner adopts the saturated steam or heat-carrying oil as the heat
resources, its heat transfer coefficient exceeds the flue gas by more than an order of magnitude.
You can see from the heat transfer equation that total heat transfer quantities are high because of
the larger heat transfer coefficient and heat transfer area. That’s to say, the production capacity of
calciner is much bigger. For example, the calciner with capacity of 5T, its diameter is
only 1.4m*1.4m; the caciner with capacity 20T, its diameter with 2.6m*2.6m is already
enough.
b.结构简单，不易损坏/Simply structure and not easy to destroy
由于物料实现了流态化，炉子就不需要有转动的部件，炉子的结构就简单得多。不但制造方便，投
产后也几乎不需要维修保养。由于用的是低温热源，炉子在任何情况下都没有被烧坏的危险，设备
使用寿命也特别长。
Because of the liquid state of materials, the calciner doesn’t need to equip the
revolving parts, so the structure of it is more simple. It’s not only easy to
manufacture, but also almost doesn’t need to maintain. Because of using the low
temperature source, it’s impossible for the calciner to burn out under any
circumstances. So its liffe service is specially much longer.
c.设备紧凑，占地少 / Compact structure and economic space occupation
沸腾炉是立式布置的设备，除尘器套在炉体上方，与炉子连成一个整体，设备非常紧凑。不但占地
少，还可以避免除尘器结露。
The structure of the calciner is vertical layout; the dust collector is installed on
the top of the calciner and connects with the calciner as a whole. This set is
extremely compact. It’s both space-saving and effectively avoids the dust collector of
coagulate.
d.能耗较低/ Low energy consumption
沸腾炉的热能消耗和电能消耗都较低。热能方面：从热源传递给物料的热能，除了一小部分用于加
热炉底鼓入的冷空气以及少量的炉体散热损失外，几乎都有效的用于物料的脱水分解。沸腾炉本身
的热效率在 95%以上。沸腾炉的热耗指标为 7.7×105KJ/T 建筑石膏（国内）；电能方面：沸腾炉不
需要转动，
也没有搅拌机，物料主要靠石膏脱水产生的水蒸气来实现流态化，需要从炉体底部鼓入的空气也很
有限，所以鼓风机的功率也很小，因此，沸腾炉的电能消耗比传统的煅烧设备少很多。

The calciner costs little thermal and electric energy. For the heating aspect, almost
all the thermal energy which is passed from the heat resource is efficiently used in
the dehydration of the materials. Only a little used to heat the cool air which blows
in from the bottom of the calciner and a little loss for radiation. The heat efficiency
of the calciner is above 95%. The heat consumption of the calciner is required as
7.7*105KJ/T building gypsum in domestic. Neither the rotation device nor the mixing
device is needed. For the electric energy, the calciner needn’t revolve and there is
no mixer. The materials changes to liquid state mainly depend on the steam which is
produced by dehydration. The air which blows into the calciner from the bottom is also
limit. It makes the efficiency of air-blower extremely low. So the electric energy
consumes of the calciner is much less than the traditional calcined equipments.
e.操作方便，容易实现自动控制/ convenient operation, easy to realize automatic control
流化床有一个特点，就是床层中物料温度一致。因此操作中只要控制物料一个设定温度，就可以连
续稳定地生产出合格产品。单一的控制参数，很容易实现自动控制。
There is a characteristic for the fluidized bed , and that’s , the temperature of
materials in bed layers is same. So, in the process of control, the qualified products
can be produced out continuously and stably as long as one setting temperature is
controlled. For single control parameter, it’s easy to realize automatic control.
f.产品质量好，熟石膏相组成比较理想，物理性能稳定
Good product quality, it’s ideal for the calcined gypsum’s phase composition and
stable physical performance
由于采用低温热源，石膏不易过烧，只要控制出料温度合适，成品中不含二水石膏，无水石膏Ⅲ也
只在 5%以内，其余均为半水石膏。这样的相组成很理想，物理性能也很稳定。
Because of the use of low-temperature heat source, the gypsum will not be overburned as
long as the discharge temperature is controlled suitably, no dihydrate gypsum in the
finished products, the anhydrous gypsum is also within 5% and others are all dihydrate
gypsum. This kind of phase composition is very ideal, and the physical performace is
also very stable.
g.基建投资省，运行费用低/ low investment for infrastructure and low operating costs
由于沸腾炉设备小巧、结构简单、占地少，因此基建投资较同等生产规模的其他类型煅烧设备节省。
投产后，由于能耗较低、维修工作量少、使用寿命长，因此运行费用也较省。
Because the calciner' s small body, simple structure and economic space occupation, so
under the condition of the same production scale, this kind of calcining equipment is
invested less than other kinds of calcining equipments . After it s operation, the
operating costs are a little lower because the lower energy consumption、less
maintenance amount and long service life.
h.必须采用二次热源
必须采用二次热源，是沸腾炉的局限性。既然要求采用二次热源，工厂就必须有蒸气或载热油锅炉
与之配套。

The limitation of calciner is that it must adopt the secondary heat source. If the

4 报价/Offer
4.1 价格/Price
设备合计 FOB(青岛)报价 213 万元（约 32 万美金），安装调试费用 3.2 万美元。包装适合陆路、海
运运输。
The total FOB（Qingdao） price for all machines of this line is USD 320,000.00, that
charges of installation and commissioning is USD 32,000.00 . The package is fit for
land and ocean transportation.
4.3 付款/Payment
签定合同后 7 日内支付总合同额的 30%，提货时支付总合同额的 60%，卖方发货；人员到达安

装现场开始施工前付 10%。
Within 7 days after the signature of contract, 30% of contract total amount must be
paid; the seller delivers the machines after the receipt of 60% of contract total
amount; 10% of total contract amount need to be paid after the technicians’ arrival at
the project site and before installation.
4.4 价格有效期/Validity of offer
自报价之日起 2 个月内。
Within 2 months since the date of offer.
4.5 交货/Delivery

4.6 注释/Comments
4.6.1 买方负责供应电、水并把它们输送到卖方提供的使用点。
The buyer is responsible for supplying electricity、power and convey them to the
place specified by the seller.
4.6.2 详细设计期间可根据当地条件调整此报价的技术计划。最终确定的详细设计图应符合所有的技
术信息要求。
During the period of detailed design, this technical offer can be adjusted based on
local conditions. The designing drawings which are finally confirmed should comply with
all of technical requirements.
4.6.2 质量保证：卖方应保证所有的货物是崭新的并遵守规定的技术规格。合同设备的机械保证期为
设备调试合格后两年（由于买方的失误而使试车不能完成情况下）。在保质期内，如果设备附件有
损坏，卖方应更换或维修。（由于买方不恰当使用而磨损的除外）
Quality guarantee : The seller should guarantee that all machines should be new and
abide by technical specifications. The guarantee period of contracted machines is 2
years after the commissioning is completed and also qualified ( under the condition of
failure of trial caused by the buyer’s mistake). Within guarantee period, if some
machinery enclosures are broken, the seller should replace them or repair. ( broken
enclosures which are caused by the buyer’s inappropriate operations will be excluded)
