Instructions:
1. Thick a topic for survey research wherein the respondents will be in the class.
2. Instruct the group to pick 5 questions to use for the survey.
3. Using any internet application or computer software, each group must create an online
form that can be filled up by their classmates.
4. Create a document or post where the link of all online forms of the class shall be
available.
5. After all, respondents have answered the form, the group should collect the data and
save it on a worksheet, and
6. Create charts or graphs to display the survey results.
7. Write a short reflection about the activity, and how it might be helped more to become a
Media-Literate.
8. Submit the final output to the MIL glass.
