complete and hand over results by the due date

Guidelines for Collaboration


● Communication is key!
● Please conduct all work, editing, and collaboration on the online drive. Do not download
the sheet, document, or presentation to work offline.
● Please take care not to delete any work someone else has done.
● When you want to change or add something to one of the sheets where someone else is
working, use the suggestion or commenting tool in the top right corner of the document
instead of just editing.

● Use the @email function to assign comments/tasks to other team members


● If you are unsure about something, ask the team
● Ensure that you plan ahead for the deadlines. If one team member misses a deadline it
affects the whole team.

Phases to be completed
1. Spreadsheet with calculations to be completed (Sections 1 - 3)
2. Writing up explanations, recommendations, and conclusions (including references)
(Sections 1 - 3)
3. Writing up the introduction and final conclusion (including references) (Sections 1 - 3).
This will be completed alongside Phase 2
4. Presentation to be compiled for the overall assignment

presentation

Phase 4: Detailed Layout
All work to be done on this Presentation

Include in this phase


● Compile presentation in a logical manner presenting all the necessary information as set
out by the assignment and rubric
● The presentation formatting should be professional, legible, and include tables and
figures where necessary
● The presentation should be between 8-12 slides and should include a front page and a
reference list in APA format.
● Collaborate with Phase 1, 2, and 3 team members to ensure the information presented
is representative of their findings.

● The due date for handover: 20 May
● All Team members should be available to Phase 5 team members to assist with
interpreting data and possible stucks.
Phase 5: Detailed Layout

Include in this phase


● Spelling and grammar checking. Can make use of the Grammarly plugin.
● APA references (in-text citations and references on the list) checking - must follow APA
guidelines
● APA references list formatting
● Double check layout, spacing, and legibility of information in the presentation

Please note
● Once this phase is completed hand it over to the rest of the team members to verify
● The due date for this handover: 22 May
● Once all team members are satisfied with the final presentation, each member must
submit a copy of the presentation.
