TOPIC 11: CIVIL ENGINEERING CADD PROJECT

INSTRUCTION:
Construct a building drawing IN PAIR based on the question given. (CLO 2, P4)

1. By using AutoCAD, redraw the floor plan as shown in Figure 1.

2. Based on the floor plan, construct

i. Front elevation;
ii. Rear elevation;
iii. Right elevation; and
iv. Left elevations of your building.

3. Accomplish the 2D engineering drawing with dimensioning, layers, hatch, and text. Save all
the drawings in PDF format and Drawing file (save as AutoCAD 2000). Name it as Mini
Project_Student’s Matric No in .dwg format and submit it at the Mini Project link in the
DCC10012 platform (CIDOS).

4. Building requirements, may refer also to the other code practice such as from JKR for building
house elements detail. Please notes your reference in the drawing.
