My name’s Noah and I am from Italy. I’m twelve years old and I live in
Positano, in the south of our country. I live with my parents and my
brother, Aldo. He’s fifteen years old. I haven’t got any sisters.
Do you know about our food?
Italian food is delicious and healthy too! We eat a lot of fresh
vegetables like mushrooms, cucumbers, tomatoes and carrots. We
also eat meat, yoghurt and fruits. In the summer, the weather is very hot so we often eat light
meals with lots of vegetables and fruit. In winter we love having soup.

My favourite dish is Ossobuco. It’s a traditional Italian dish but it’s famous in lots of other
countries, too. To prepare Ossobuco you need meat, vegetables and olive oil. My mother
usually puts some tomatoes, onions, cucumber and olives. Ossobuco goes perfect with rice!
Mm…, yummy! It’s very tasty!

Here you can see a photo I took last time my mother made it!
