makes artists enter another state outside the real world, they increase thinking,
creativity and even mental health. It can also help develop observation, analysis,
skills, that can be beneficial or helpful in other areas of life.

Drawing can help release stress and anxiety, too. By focusing on details of the
environment, your brain is relaxing and in the same time, its cleaning itself. So,
drawing can help you in many ways, physically and mentally, it gives you more
capacity to think, improve, analyze and innovate. Thanks to it people have done
amazing art and paintings, but it is not only drawing people or landscapes, very
famous and known people like chemists, architects, mathematicians have
expressed their thoughts in a piece of paper. They are able to think beyond, and
imagine new things that can be more helpful and innovative like buildings, in
architecture. Making plans of new constructions, and in chemistry, for example,
developing paints, structures of molecules, atoms, and more.

To conclude, drawing is a powerful form of artistic expression that can be used to

communicate ideas, emotions, thoughts or feelings, represent landscapes and
beautiful views, and it is a personal form of meditation and exploration. It is a
valuable skill that can be developed and improved with practice and time.
