My Journey Discovering a New Talent

Growing up, I always considered myself an average student. I didn't stand out in any particular
subject and I never considered myself to be talented in any particular way. However, as I entered
junior high school, I began to realize that I had a sporty talent and it was be volleyball.

I still remember the first day of tryouts in our school, feeling nervous and uncertain about whether I
was good enough to make the team. As I stepped onto the court, the noise of my schoolmates that
trying out hitting the ball around seemed overwhelming. However, as I began to warm up and get
into the groove of the game, I felt my confidence grow.

As I continued to play, I found that my sporty talent improved. But my grades in every subject class
become low, and my teachers started to take notice that I am not interested in their class. One day,
my coach pulled me aside after class and asked me if I'll continue my sport. I was hesitant at first,
but decided to play and become one of the player of volleyball in our school. To my surprise, I am
one of the passers and player. It was the first time that I have ever been in a sports team in our
school.

From that point on, I knew that I wanted to pursue my skills in volleyball. I started to take more
advanced practices, but then I realized that I didn't focusing in my studies, I always showing up in
class when our practice ends. My teachers are concerned about my low grades, but I changed, I
studied so hard so that I can get back my grades higher than I have before I entered sport.

Looking back on my junior high school years, I am grateful for the experiences that I had and the
opportunities that I was given. Without the encouragement of my coach, I may have never
discovered my talent in sport. I can't wait to see where my sport will take me in future, high school
is a time for self-discovery and exploration. Don't be afraid to try new things and discover your
passions. You never know where they may lead you.
