RELEASE, WAIVER AND QUITCLAIM

THAT I, KRISTLE O. LORINO, of legal age with residence and postal

address at 6 Enverga St., Brgy. Bagong Bayan, Mauban Quezon, after being sworn in
accordance with law hereby depose and state:

1. That I am the wife of Regie Lorino.

2. In view of the amicable settlement I voluntarily agreed with MOF

Company (Subic), Inc. (MOFS), Quezon Power (Philippines) Limited, Co. (QPPL),
Salvador C. Ondevilla, their successors-in-interest, shareholders, officers, trustees,
and/or their duly authorized representatives, I hereby undertake not to file any
complaint or claims arising from the employment and death benefits of my deceased
husband Regie Lorino against the afore-mentioned parties before the Social
Security System.

3. Should there be a pending case in said agency, I would request for its
withdrawal or dismissal.

4. I understand that any and all actions which I or my husband’s family

members may have commenced or will commence, either solely in my name or
jointly with others before any Office, Board, Bureau, Court or any Tribunal against
MOFS, QPPL, Salvador C. Ondevilla, their successors-in-interest, shareholders,
officers, trustees, and/or their duly authorized representatives are hereby deemed or
considered voluntarily withdrawn or dismissed.

5. I declare that I have fully read and fully understood this document
entitled RELEASE, WAIVER AND QUITCLAIM, which is given by me willingly and
voluntarily and that this document covers a complete settlement of all my claims
against MOFS, QPPL, Salvador C. Ondevilla, their successors-in-interest,
shareholders, officers, trustees, and/or their duly authorized representatives.

6. I fully understand that I shall treat this Release and Quitclaim with
utmost confidentiality that I cannot disclose this amicable settlement to other
persons or publish this in the internet or other forms of media. Being so, I
understand that this Release and Quitclaim cannot be used as evidence against
MOFS, QPPL, Salvador C. Ondevilla, their successors-in-interest, shareholders,
officers, trustees, and/or their duly authorized representatives in any court or forum.

5. That I am not coerced, forced, intimidated or promised any reward and

that it is my intention to desist from further proceeding with the said case.
