A. Justify the problem

Inacap work with our company, because, by implementing CITRIX, will make your most
complex tasks, something extremely simple. Due to the health contingency and alert that
exists, we as a society are exposed to return to online mode, both jobs and classes. Today,
the most sought after careers are in the area of ICT and, although not directly related to this
area, every student career needs to have knowledge and management on the use of various
tools with which you need to interact in that specific area, in addition to various types of
software, whether institutional or something more generic, and that may simply not be
compatible with each other, for these cases, CITRIX is the solution. That is why as a
company, we present this solution to the problem that afflicts the institution.

B. Description of the characteristics of what your company offers.

Our company is going to implement citrix, this is a digital workspace that allows the end
user to securely access all their applications and tools, be it office tools, visual studio,
Skype or others. This in order that the user can access their activities from anywhere and
with any device, this guarantees that the user would have confidentiality, availability and
integrity of their work tools and their work documents.

1. Improve the user experience. It provides all the tools and applications that the team
needs in a single space in a unified way.

2. Support data security. It gives users secure access to software and their corporate
data no matter where they are or what device they use.

3. Increase productivity. It makes it easy for users to intuitively find and access their
tools and applications, reducing search times and increasing user productivity.

C. Budget.

Citrix Workspace is available in three subscription plans: Standard, Premium and


Premium Plus. All three plans include access to the centralized management portal and
offer features such as single sign-on, web filtering, basic analytics, SaaS access control
and a unified app store for application provisioning. On the other hand, we must have
coordination with customer teams, for compatibility between the operating system and
CITRIX.

- Windows 11
Establishing the budget offered by citrix for different plans, the
standard plan is USD 7000, while the premium plan is USD 8500 and finally, the
premmium plus plan is USD 13500.

if you have at least one dedicated or shared licensing server, the license files contain lines
with specific information: for example, the name of the server (SERVER) or the number of
licenses, such as, Citrix Licensing Service is the Windows service responsible for licensing

D. installation process.

In order to install CITRIX, we must know how many users will have access to the cloud,
since each subscriber must have their credentials (username and password), in addition to
knowing their role within the institution (administrative, teacher, student).
We must also make sure that each computer belonging to and located within the institution
has an operating system compatible with CITRIX (these were previously mentioned in the
previous item).
On the other hand, as a service provider company, we know what applications the user
needs first hand, these will be loaded in a generic way for each one, but the user can
download the ones he requires, as long as it is contemplated within his contracted plan.
Finally, as a company, we must make sure to deliver a virtual user guide for beginners in
CITRIX to each user who has access to the service, and in case this does not meet the
needs, help channels will be opened via e-mail or telephone to satisfy the subscriber's need.
