奖学金延长（学生端）SIE 系统

一、 登录：国际学生在线申请与服务系统 Log in “Online Application

and service system for international students”

登录 http://admission.hust.edu.cn/apply/login，进入 service，在出

现的统一身份认证系统上输入用户名和密码，如图所示，可以选择右

上角“简体中文”进入中文界面；

Log in http://admission.hust.edu.cn/apply/login, select “service”, and

use your student ID and password to sign in

二、 提交奖学金延长申请 Fill the information and submit application

1. 根据实际情况填写论文开题、中期考核情况、申请延长的期限以及

申请延长的原因

Students are required to fill their status of the thesis proposal, mid-

term assessment and length to apply for extension based on the reality.

Then fill the reason to apply for the extension, which may influence the

approval.

2. 上传支撑材料并提交申请
 Upload supporting documents, such as the results of the thesis

proposal, mid-term assessment and the letter of authorization from

embassy. All documents should be combined to one PDF file.

三、查看申请进度 check the application progress

在“我的申请”中查看申请进度，管理申请，导师审核之

前可撤回申请，可修改被驳回的申请。

you can go back to the online service homepage to check your

application status at “My application” list, and withdraw the

application before the supervisor review it, or edit the application

which was rejected.
