    I am signifying my intention to be a member of the National Treasury Multi-


    Purpose Cooperative (NATCOCU). I assumed office in the Bureau of the Treasury
    last November 11, 2022 as Treasury Officer IV and is currently assigned at the
    National Government Debt Accounting Division.

    I would like to have my fixed deposit in the amount of P500.00 deducted in


    every payroll starting December 2022.
