SUBJECT: IPOPHL HOLIDAY SCHEDULE

In accordance with Presidential Proclamation No. 845, s. 2019, the public is

advised that our offices will be closed in observance of the following holidays:

• December 24, 2020 - Additional Special Non-Working Day

• December 25, 2020 - Christmas Day
• December 30, 2020 - Rizal Day
• December 31,2020 - Last Day of the Year
• January 1,2021 - New Year's Day

The public is likewise advised that our offices will be closed on the following
dates:

• December 21,2020
Activity: IPOPHL Virtual Yearend General Assembly and
Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence
. (PRAISE) Recognition Day
• December 22 and 23, 2020
Activity: Annual General Cleaning
• December 28 and 29, 2020
Activity: Annual Fumigation and Disinfection

Documents and payments due on the above dates may be filed on the
following dates and shall be considered as having been filed on their due dates.

Notwithstanding IPOPHL Memorandum Circular No. 2020-036 stating that

IPOPHL receiving and cashiering counters will be open from Mondays to Thursdays
from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm only, receiving and cashiering services shall be open on
December 11 (Friday) and December 18 (Friday), 2020. Only payments of One
Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 100,000.00) and above per transaction and/or
voluminous patent applications as defined in IPOPHL Memorandum Circular No.
2020-013 shall be accepted.

 This Memorandum Circular shall take effect immediately and shall remain
effective until further notice. Previously issued IPOPHL Memorandum Circulars
inconsistent with the foregoing are deemed modified, superseded, or amended
accordingly.
