 New Year´s Eve
New Year's Eve is a celebration that takes place
in almost every country in the world on
December 31, but Mexicans should take
advantage of New Year's Eve to reflect on their
past actions and develop plans to improve their
life projects in the coming year. . In Mexico,
New Year's Eve is celebrated with a dinner
where the most popular dishes are chicken, pork and pork leg, chipotle and chili
peppers with different fillings are also very present. When the time comes to toast it
is usually done with cider or champagne, in which the best of luck is wished to our
loved ones and friends in the coming year. While in the burning of gunpowder or
fireworks, after dinner it is tradition to prepare the fireworks to welcome the new
year. 12 grapes are also eaten until the count is finished, this is done when the first
bell rings where it is announced that it will be a new year, it is done by eating 12
grapes, each representing a wish for the next year; health, prosperity, abundance and
harmony are some of the common things that we Mexicans usually ask to manifest
in our future life.

What a visitor should see and do is go to

Val'Quirico, which is recognized as the Italian
Tuscany in Mexico, this beautiful destination is
located in Tlaxcala, where in those cembrinas dates
it is very nice to walk the streets since its medieval
architecture Full of beautiful details, it transports
you to the past and you can take photos, because
there are beautiful Christmas decorations, which on those days give it its special
touch. The tours can be done on foot or you can also rent a bicycle while there are
also musicians who sing melodies of various genres, setting the scene for the small
streets and alleys of the place while visiting the variety of craft shops, clothing, hats,
art galleries and the artisan stalls, it is very nice to spend the new year there since the
gastronomy is widely recommended, since there are a variety of dishes and drinks
that will make you have a very good new year's eve.

Conclusion
When writing this text I was able to realize and reflect on how beautiful it is to live the
traditions in our country, likewise I can also say that it is important to use “CLAUSES OF
TIME” with them we can write sentences in which we give information about activities that
we have done but those phrases like when, after, before, while, until, etc. They are the ones
that will serve to refer to the time in which these activities are being carried out.
