Scenario

Group-4 Online Shopping

Internal actors- Streamers(seller), Facebook admin, deliverer.

External actors- Customers

Product- Clothes

In live sales on Facebook, streamer introduce the product’s details about the
dress such as size, color, length etc, and names the product “1”. After
explanation, she will request the customers to comment the “1” in the comment
section, if they want to order the product and she waits 5 minutes for the
comment. During that 5 minutes, she will keep explaining and answer the
questions about the product from the customers, until the order comment goes
up. If the comment doesn’t appear within 5minutes, the streamer will change to
product number 2 and this ends the process.

If the comment appears, the streamer requests the customer to send message
to the Facebook page messenger (FPM), to confirm the order. If the customer
doesn’t send message to FPM, the order will be denied and this ends the
process.

If the customer send message to FPM, the Facebook page admin will ask name,
address, phone number. If customer doesn’t answer the question, the order will
be denied and this ends the process. If the customer answers the questions
from Facebook page admin, she will tell customer the total cost, which has
included product price and deli fees. The Facebook page admin will request half
of the cost to transfer through KPay as deposit. If the customer refuse to pay,
the order will be denied and this ends the process.

If the customer transfers the money, admin will tell the customer that how long
it will take the deli to come to customer’s place. After that, Facebook page admin
will assign the deliverer to deliver the product.

When the product arrives to customer, the deliverer will ask the customer to
check the product to make sure that the product has no error. If the customer
checks the product and found error, he/she will let the Facebook admin know that
their product has error and this ends the process. If the customer denies to
check the product, the deliverer confirms that the product is arrived to the
customer and this ends the process.
