Assesment plan is very important in language teaching especially in the classroom .

We
already know the definition of assesment is how to identify the learners' needs, document
their progress, and determine how the teachers are doing as teachers and planners . So , from
the material we should know who are we the assesing or who the object want to assess and
we can give same feedback and also motivation to our students to help them in the teaching
learning process .
When we assess and how we can use assessment to move forward. Throughout, we have
emphasized that in order to ensure high-quality classroom assessment practices, we need to
recognize the following:
1. Assessment takes place during instruction and continuously.
2. Knowledge and skills should not be assessed in isolation. Students should be
informed about and involved in all assessment events (whether our purpose is
assessment for, as, or of learning)
3. When, as teachers, we actively question, reflect on and learn more about assessment,
we increase its quality and positive impact.
4. As teachers, we should use a combination of assessment for learning, assessment as
learning and assessment of learning.
