HUMAN REURSES: In a period of 20 days, train all personnel to adapt to the new
labor system to be implemented in the company in order to obtain a labor efficiency
of 60%, resulting in better job performance and greater security to meet business
objectives.

SALES AND MARKETING: To increase sales by 50% - 75% through marketing to


drive growth or economic value by capitalizing on the high demand for various
holiday items over the next 31 days of the holiday season.

TECHNOLOGY PROCESS: Increase the level of customer experience through the


use of the Internet and technology, Get 50% views on our new products and on our
website within a month.

PROFITABILITY AND FINANCES: Increase and maintain the level of profitability


of at least 10% on the investment, our productivity will increase significantly and
achieve this in a period of six months.

COSTOMER SERVICE: To be the most customer-focused company, avoid


problems and delight our customers with our products, and within three years
become the best company in quality of customer service.
