LEGITIMACY OF PARTICIPANTS
The BAASCo Tycoons’ Week will be limited only to the College of
Business Administration and Accountancy Students’ participation. This will
require a bona fide student enrolled in the College of Business Administration
to participate in the events of Tycoons’ Week 2020.

STUDENT ENTREPRENEURS
 Is an activity of the BAASCo in recognizing young entrepreneurs in the
College of Business Administration and Accountancy which will display
their existing business to be initiated from November 30 – December 4,
2020 that will promote existing businesses and entrepreneurship. The
Department with the highest net profit will be declared as the winner.
Profit will be shared between the BAASCo (30%) and the Departments
(70%). Proceeds will go to the SHARE A DATA Project.
FUND ARRANGEMENTS
 BAASCo will provide a subsidy as capital for the participants. A total of
twelve thousand pesos (P 12,000.00) will be divided into four CBAA
departments which will give them three thousand pesos (P 3,000.00) each.
 There will be a 70/30 partition on the profit, 70% for the department and
30% will go to BAASCo.
 Remittance of sales will be on the day before the awarding; to be tabulated
by finance committee (BAASCO TREASURER AND TREASURERS PER
DEPARTMENT).

MECHANISMS:
TIME OF THE EVENT
 The event will commence November 30 and will end on December
4, 2020.

IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS


 Each department must have at least one (1) participant.
 The participants must have an existing business, a particular line of
business.
 Each participant will promote their existing business and product to
their existing customers and to the public.
 Products must be ready to be advertised before the selling duration of
the event. Advertisements will be using the BAASCo Page:
https://www.facebook.com/baascomsugensan.
 The posting of the products for advertisement will be on a “first come,
first serve” basis.
 Products must be advertised in various ways including video
presentation, modeling and etc. depending upon the innovativeness
and creativity of the entrepreneurs.
 The products to be advertised must be modeled by the participants in
VOGUE .
 In recognizing the young entrepreneurs, they must submit their portrait
picture wearing corporate attire showing the essence of being a tycoon.
 They will be featured in BAASCo's official Facebook page.
 The picture to be submitted must have a format of .jpeg.
 The description of the mail must include;
o Personal information
o Particular line of business
o Business motto
 The participants must submit their pictures including the advertisement
to baascomsugensan@gmail.com upon the discretion of departments
to when they want to advertise their products. (Subject – Name of the
Department ).
 They can start submitting their pictures and advertisements on
November 25 but not later than the commencement of the event.

JUDGING CRITERIA.
 The Department with the highest net profit will be declared as
the winner.
