Management fest guidelines

● Registration will start from (date)


● The registration fees would be (amount) per head including lunch.
● Events are open for both UG and PG.
● The decisions of the judges will be final.
● All the members of the team should be from the same college.
● Each team must present at the respective venue on time. Teams who fail to
report on time will be disqualified.
● College ID is mandatory for all the participants or an authorization letter from the
college authority.
● For team events modification of team members will not be permitted after
registration.
● Vulgarity, use of offensive language , alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs are
strictly prohibited.If found so, the team will be instantly disqualified.
● Participants are advised to take care of their personal belongings. Organizers will
not be held responsible for any damage or loss.
● A team should consist of a minimum of 2 and maximum of 4 members.
● No limits on the number of teams that can enter from same institution.
● Participants must ensure stable and secure internet connectivity throughout the
event.
● Each team should have at least one laptop.
