TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERNING THE PARTICIPATION OF

THE PICK & WIN DRAW HELD FOR SINGAPORE POOLS ACCOUNT CUSTOMERS

The following Pick & Win Draw terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) shall apply
to the contest (the “Draw”) which is open to any Singapore Pools Account (“Account”) customer
(the “Participant”) of Singapore Pools (Private) Ltd (the “Company”) who fulfills the eligibility
requirements set out below:

ELIGIBILITY

1. To be eligible for the Draw, the Participant must –

(a) have successfully signed up with the Company as a Singapore Pools Account
customer in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable to the opening
and operating of the account; and

(b) have successfully activated his Singapore Pools Account in accordance with the
terms and conditions applicable to the opening and operating of the account. This
includes completing the Account Profile set-up, setting of deposit and betting
limits; and

(c) have successfully submitted a selection through a poll form on the Singapore
Pools website on one or more of the 64 W Cup matches to earn one chance per
incorrect selection or five chances per correct selection.

The poll requires the Participant to guess a winning team or a draw. The correct selection will be
determined by the actual results after each match. The maximum number of chances a participant
can earn per match is five.

2. Employees of the Company are not eligible to participate in the Draw.

OTHER CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

3. The number of chances in the Draw to which each Participant can earn is dependent on
the number of times he participates in the poll, up to the maximum of 320 chances.

4. Polling for the match is available from 9am to 5pm on each match day. The schedule of
the poll can be found in the below table.

5. The correct selection of a poll is based on the match regulation time results only,
including injury time.

6. Result of the polls for the day will be posted on the website after the closing of the polls
for reference.

7. Each Singapore Pools Account customer can only submit his selection for each poll once.
If there are duplicate submissions for the same poll by the same Singapore Pools Account
customer, the first selection shall be considered as the entry for the Draw.

8. A poll entry is valid for the Draw only if the Participant is a valid, activated Singapore
Pools Account customer by 18 December 2022.

9. Account customers need to be active when the Draw is conducted, i.e. Accounts that have
been closed or are in the process of being closed will not be eligible to participate in the
Draw.

DETAILS AND CONDUCT OF THE DRAW

10. The Draw will be conducted on 21 December 2022 at the main offices of the Company at
210 Middle Road, #01-01 Singapore Pools Building Singapore 188994. If the Draw
needs to be rescheduled, it will be conducted on 23 December 2022. A number of one
hundred and three (103) winners will be drawn.

11. The winners of the Draw will be determined solely by a draw selected at random by a
computerised system in the presence of an independent Certified Public Accountant
appointed by the Company.

WINNERS AND PRIZES

12. The following prizes, in Gain City vouchers, will be given. Each Participant is only
entitled to win one prize.

13. The winners will be notified by call, SMS and/or email within seven (7) days of the Draw
Date. The Company accepts no responsibility or liability in the event that a prize winner
cannot be contacted.

14. The Company will inform the winners on the prize redemption process.

15. The Company will publish the results of the draw on Singapore Pools’ website for a
minimum period of at least 2 months after the results have been determined.

16. Prizes not claimed by the winners before 31 Mar 2023 will be forfeited.

17. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. The Company reserves the right to
substitute the prize for another prize of similar value.

18. The Company’s decision as to the winners of the Draw shall be final and binding on all
parties concerned, and no correspondence will be entertained by the Company, including
any request to check the Participants’ Accounts for their Draw chances.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

19. By using the Account, the Participant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Draw
Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions Governing the Opening of the
applicable Accounts and any other instructions, terms and conditions that the Company
may provide from time to time.

20. The Company shall not be responsible for any claim, loss or damage suffered or incurred
by the Participant and/or any third party arising from or in connection with the
participation of the Participants in the Draw and/or for any loss of or truncation in
information in the submission of the Draw entry by the Participants.

21. Purely as a matter of courtesy only, the Company will seek the winners’ consent, verbal
or written, before publishing any images or winners’ details. However, the Company
reserves the right to publish the winners’ images and details for any purpose whatsoever
without having to pay any fee or compensation to the winners.

22. The Company reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the Draw, refuse acceptance of an
entry without the need to furnish any explanation, and to amend or change these Terms
and Conditions at any time for whatever reason and without giving prior notice to the
Participants. The decision of the Company on all matters relating to or in connection with
the Draw is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.

23. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the contents
of any brochure, marketing or promotional materials relating to the Draw, these Terms
and Conditions shall prevail.

24. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with
Singapore law. The Courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any
disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions, including the validity and
enforceability thereof.
