13) All Customers who participate in the Program will have the same opportunity to win one
of the 2024 prizes available.
14) The winner will be contacted on the day of the winner's draw, namely 11 January 2024,
and if a winner does not answer the telephone within 3 (three) attempts, the winner will
be disqualified and the Program committee will conduct another draw for a new winner.
15) Winner validation will use the winner's NIK which will be adjusted to the NIK when the
customer first activates the SIM card.
16) If the NIK owned by the winner does not match the NIK registered when registering or
registering a SIM card, the winner will be disqualified, and a redraw will be held to
determine a new winner.
17) Customers can only win 1 (one) prize (out of a total of 2024 prizes). If the unique code
owned by the previous winner emerges as a winner again, the drawing committee will
conduct a redraw to find a new winner.
18) The list of winners from the Program will be announced on the IM3 website and IM3 social
media a maximum of 2x24 hours after the Program drawing is carried out.
19) All prizes will be sent to the address notified and approved by the winner.
20) All vehicle prizes have “on the road” status and all taxes will be borne by Indosat.
21) The color of the prize vehicle cannot be ordered or proposed by the winner, the color of
the vehicle will depend on availability.
22) Program prize specifications are in accordance with the brand and product won, winners
cannot request/apply for additional features.
23) Prizes will be sent no later than 60 (sixty) calendar days after the winner is announced by
Indosat. If there is a delay in sending the prize, Indosat will contact the winner concerned.
24) Indosat employees and their immediate families cannot win prizes from the Program.
25) Indosat can change the terms and conditions of the Program at any time, without prior
notice to the Customer.
