1. General
CONTRACTOR shall prepare and issue Weekly Progress Report and Monthly Progress Report for the
duration of the Contract.
The reporting requirements shall not relieve CONTRACTOR of its obligations to promptly report to
EMPLOYER any matters that significantly affect the completion of the scope of the Contract.
Ad-hoc reports and/or presentations may be requested from CONTRACTOR, as required by
EMPLOYER, to focus on a specific subject, e.g. action plans to overcome potential schedule problems
or recover progress slippage.
Formats and examples of each report will be provided to EMPLOYER for review. CONTRACTOR will
adapt his reporting to EMPLOYER needs and modify accordingly his reports and reporting tools
during contract execution.
For the purposes of both weekly and monthly reporting, all references to Plan herein are to the
Approved Contractor Baseline Schedule, and to Forecast – any Contractor Reforecast schedule.
The CONTRACTOR will ensure that all Sub-contractor package works are reported upon.

2. Monthly Report
The Employer will issue a Project Calendar to the Contractor within 30 days of Project Award.
This Project Calendar will show the monthly report progress cut-off’s which shall occur on a Friday to
align with a weekly progress cut-off.
The CONTRACTOR shall submit a Monthly Progress Report to the Employer by COB on the 5th
working day following the monthly report progress cut-off.

2.1. Format and Content


The monthly report will meet the following minimum requirements. It will contain a greater level of
detail than the weekly reports and provide in depth schedule analysis.
a) Executive Summary
 Narrative summarizing the highlights during the period including:
- Project Milestones achieved
- Key Decisions made
- Major Issues resolved
- New Issues identified
 Narrative summarizing Safety during the period including:
- Key Safety Statistics
- Narrative with respect to any major incidents / accident including any follow up
investigations and remedial action/follow-up
 Progress Summary – Table showing Plan vs Actual for Construction / Commissioning
period and cumulative to-date plus narrative explaining including variance, remedial
activities etc.
 Actual Manhour Summary – Plan vs Actual for IK Direct / IK Indirect
 Brief description of significant achievements during the period
 Brief description of any critical activities in progress
 Brief description of any Critical actions which need either Contractor Executive
Management or Employer Action.
 Issues and Concerns

 A narrative covering the CONTRACTOR procurement management activities during the
period and forecast for next period
 A narrative covering major fabrication and manufacturing progress during the period
 Pre-Award Procurement Package status by Discipline for all Packages
 Equipment and/or Materials shipped during the period and to-date
 Equipment and/or Materials delivered to site during the period and to-date
 Hold Point inspections by Employer in the following period
 Issues and Concerns including CONTRACTOR mitigation plans to mitigate the issues and
concerns
 Listings of CONTRACTOR’s “over / short / damaged” reports for delivered items with
progress reports for clearing problems.

 Quantity Unit Rate Report as shown in Appendix A

In addition, additional supporting documentation including but not limited to those referenced
above may be requested to further support the monthly report including breaking down the above

3. Weekly Report
This CONTRACTOR Weekly Report progress cut-off shall occur on a Friday.
The CONTRACTOR shall submit a Weekly Progress Report to the Employer by COB on the 2nd
working day following the weekly report progress cut-off.
The Weekly Report shall include the following:

4. Daily Report
A daily construction report shall be completed and handed over to Employer no later than 11:00 a.m.
on the day following. Collection of data shall be subject to periodic EMPLOYER audits.
The daily report will as a minimum contain all fields and address all items as shown on the example
daily report shown in Appendix B – Daily Report Example.
