PT. Isku Teknologi Indonesia is delighted to offer you the full-time position of Operator Live Streaming with an anticipated start
date of Monday, 8 May 2023.
As the Operator Live Streaming will be responsible for :

 Helping Hosts answer comments during live streaming sessions and interact with viewers.
 Develop strategies to attract viewers to live streams.
 Achieve sales target during live streaming.
 Set up and set up products to be displayed during live streaming, including lighting and OBS devices etc.
 Responsible for the overall planning of various live activities, including theme planning, content playback, process execution, and
script writing of other programs.
 Analyze and summarize data for live streaming, evaluate the effects of live streaming, and make effective suggestions.
 Realtime work during live streaming, such as controlling camera, answering comments, setting up equipment and using streaming
software.
 Responsible for planning TikTok video content, script drafts and video updates.
 Set up green screen for live streaming, real-time monitoring of viewers, CTR and other data during live streaming, as well as
statistics of live streaming data (including increase in followers, target audience, audience geography, CTR, PCU, audience
retention, etc. ) after the live stream ends.
 Make sales reports in live streaming per month.
 Carry out all tasks given by the leadership.

You will report directly to your assigned Manager at the company. Working day are 6 days/week.

The starting salary for this position is Rp. 5.000.000 for period.

Payment is on a monthly basis by bank transfer every 5th of the month.

Your employment with PT. Isku Teknologi Indonesia will be on a contract basis, which means you are should give advance notice to
terminate employment at a minimum of 2 weeks.
