Consider the knowledge of contractor for the area of specific responsibility he/she is assigned. Is the
she/he competent and well experienced? Does he know the details of his/ her job and the different
task related to it?

it as well as all the methods and techniques in the performance of such tasks.

Consider the amount of work accomplished by the contractor and the promptness it is completed
given a specified work schedule. How much does he/she accomplish?

5 - Work efficiency is excellent. Accomplishes work very much ahead of scheduled time. Very Often
handles other assignments

assignments beyond normal job function.

V. Attendance
Consider the contractor’s regularity of attendance in work and other activities. Whenever absent,
does he take efforts to notify particularly his superior(s) in advance? Does he/she take time out from
his/her work for minor reasons, or only when truly necessary?

5pts - Perfect attendance in the work and in other school. Always give more than adequate
allowance in informing about necessary absence that is only in case of a true emergency or
necessity.
