We use capital letters in the following cases:

First and last names of people.


Names of companies, schools, universities.
Names of countries and nationalities.
Names of towns or cities.
All words at the start of a sentence.
The pronoun I.

Use of full stops and commas.


Full stops are used at the end of sentences.
Commas are placed after words in a list.

My name is Juan Carlos Perez. I like playing soccer, dancing, running and
swimming.
Write correctly, please.
