Beauty in Diversity

Have you ever been left out even once in your life? Well, this is a sad truth which have
been experience by the Africans in most of their lives. In this world of diversity we live in, we
encounter people and nations with different cultures beliefs, traits, and customs. In this era of
darkness, slavery racism, discrimination, including violence is a reality.

South Africa is a nation with a wonderful and varied culture. It has been called “The
Rainbow Nation”, a name that reflects the diversity of such an amazing place. Being the second
world’s largest continent, it withstands a dark and bitter history. Wholeheartedly waiting for
freedom was their only desire, but for decades it became a big question for them. When people
think of Africa, they sometimes think of “darkness”, “black” and poverty. We can’t deny the sad
fact that we’ve also experienced being discriminated by people around us. It may be hard, but
being able to fight for ourselves and standing strong is a big win. There’s always hope for
everything and everything and everything is worth hoping for. Regardless of the downfalls we
encounter in life, there are still someone who will be there to light our paths and lead us to our
goals in life. Just like what Nelson Mandela did for the Africans when he headed a South African
anti-apartheid revolutionary and became the country’s first black head of state and the first
elected in a fully representative democratic election. Every fight will be victorious if there will
be a good leader beside a nation, which in this case bonds the diversity of such amazing African
people. We must also learn not to judge the cultures, beliefs, traits, and customs of other races
different from us. We are treated equally by God and were made through His own Image and
likeness so it’s not and never in our power to do unpleasant things to others. We must learn to
respect the diversity within us so that we would also be respected, not only by Africans but by
the world.

Despite the differences between each other, a nation will be bonded by its longing for
peace and unity within its people. Everyone may become a light of hope in one another’s
sufferings. Together we will be there for each other. As Mahatma Gandhi says, “Our ability to
reach unity in diversity will be the beauty and test of civilization”.
Write and Voice Out

Writing is the one place where the world makes more sense and to feel not just the most
turmoil, but also the most peace. It’s the one place one can view life straight in the eye. Every
person has a way of expressing who they are through creative imagination. Emotions are
running high, ideas are flying, and opinions are in full supply. What better way to get it all off
your chest than writing it down?

Being the third largest of the world's continent, North America has a wide diversity of
prose and narrative techniques impacted by different social traditions. It develops a mean of
expression which reflects habits, thoughts, ambitions, culture, and heritage of American great
writers. By learning more about them, their stories and their messages, we can increase in our
understanding of how to live life.  We learn how to discern what is healthy and destructive in
the world, and we are challenged with injustice and its consequences. As we compare and
contrast the views of authors not only with each other but also our own views and those of
others, we deepen our sense of human reactions and our own self-responses. We have the
possibility of becoming deeper, more self-aware people. Furthermore, North America open
countless doors for learning and development. It expands our thinking horizon by giving us the
critical thinking ability to see beyond our perception. We can learn about the history we didn't
experience, traditions you are unfamiliar with, and customs you do not perform. It ignites a
spark of imagination, forcing you to out-of-the-box. It encourages your mind and knowledge to
illustrate the experiences and times that boost our gestalt thinking. It ignites a spark that boosts
curiosity, making you more vigilant about the past. Due to its rich history and diversity,
American literature is filled with experiences and revolution. It is considered a part of the
American culture for it details not only the history of the American people but also reflects the
peoples’ creative thoughts and imaginations.

Reading works created by other people lead to experience what type of writer they
were, an overall exquisite class. All of the ideas that made came alive is from one author with
an amazing imagination, who can captivate someone’s mind and tuck them into their world. We
could write something where we would express and lend a voice to share it, so everyone would
know.
