Ingredients
 Red Dragon Fruit
 Purified Water
 Sugar
 Active Dry Yeast

Procedures

1. Peel the Dragon Fruits and cut into smaller pieces.


2. Use a blender or mash the Dragon Fruits.

3. Add water slowly until it reaches same amount as the


Dragon Fruit Juice then bring it to boil.
4. Stir continuously and mix in the sugar.

5. Once cooled, strain the pulp from the juice.

6. Add the Active Dry Yeast then stir to dissolve.


7. Transfer into a sterilized container and let it ferment for
a few days.
