Traditional cooking “Product Ingredients and Procedures”

Ingredients:

 Jackfruit
 sugar
 water
 lemonade
 Pinch of salt

Procedures:

 Prepare the jackfruit, remove the seed and slice it into pieces, and wash it in
the water.
 Put the jackfruit into a pot together with one you separated
 Add the sugar and water
 Simmer while stirring to prevent from burning the jackfruit
 Once the jackfruit thickens or become a syrup, add the lemonade and pinch of
salt
 Continue stirring until the jackfruit thicken, then turn the fire off
 After the jackfruit is cooked we need to cool it, and then transfers to a clean
bottle.

 2 ½ cups of water
 1 tbsp lemonade
 Pinch of salt

Procedures:
