I am Skyler H. Pamatmat, a 4th-year Architecture Student from Mapúa University. As

part of our requirements for AR200-0: Architectural Design 9 – Thesis Writing, I am currently
conducting research to assess how modular design could facilitate infrastructure improvement and
innovation within the esports gaming industry, creating customized gaming facilities to meet
increasing demand in a City in Metro Manila, which will help supplement data for the study entitled
"Modular Architecture for a New Era of Gaming: An ESports Facility that Adapts to the
Changing Landscape of Gaming."
One of my study's goals is to propose an innovative and adaptable esports facility that
can meet the ever-changing needs and demands of the Philippine esports sector . With this,
I am seeking your participation from your good office to assist me in providing the necessary database
regarding the available site for an eSports Facility and Demographics and statistics on the
gaming industry in Metro Manila, including the growth rate, revenue, and user base of
esports 2017 – 2023. Likewise, it would also mean a lot if you could help me conduct the research
survey by coordinating with the local government unit bodies, stakeholders, and eSports Pro
Players/Enthusiasts. As a leader of your institution, your insights and opinions are valuable for my
proposal and will be considered with the utmost honor.

I am Skyler H. Pamatmat, a 4th-year Architecture Student from Mapúa University. As

conducting research to assess how modular design could facilitate infrastructure improvement and
innovation within the esports gaming industry, creating customized gaming facilities to meet increasing
demand in a City in Metro Manila, which will help supplement data for the study entitled "Modular
Architecture for a New Era of Gaming: An ESports Facility that Adapts to the Changing
Landscape of Gaming."
I request permission to visit your esports facility as part of my architectural thesis. As an
aspiring architect, I am currently working on a project that involves studying the design and function of
various sports facilities, including those catering to esports.
I am very interested in exploring the architecture and design of your esports facility, as I
believe it would provide a valuable case study for my thesis. I am particularly interested in learning
about the specific features and design considerations that make an esports facility successful, including
lighting, acoustics, and seating arrangements.

I understand that your facility may have specific protocols in place for visitors, and I am willing
to comply with any requirements or restrictions that you may have. I would also be happy to sign any
necessary waivers or documents to gain access to your facility.

If granted permission, I would like to schedule a visit at a convenient time for you and your
staff. I plan to spend several hours at your facility, taking photographs, measurements, and notes for
