D. TERMS OF PAYMENT: 40% DOWN-PAYMENT , BALANCE SHALL BE PAID IN PROGRESS BILLING BASED ON ACCOMPLISHMENT.
E. WORK COMPLETION: Sixty (60) - Ninety (90) calendar days.
F. VALIDITY OF QUOTATION: THIRTY (30) CALENDAR DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THIS QUOTATION
G. WARRANTY: One (1) year on mechanical equipment and workmanship against factory defects.
NOTE: If the equipment / device are mishandled, mis-used or causes human error. Unbalanced or improper power supply
the warranty will be void, Client will shoulder freight cost upon warranty claims.
F. Value Added Tax are excluded in this quotation.
Note:
1 Client should provide area / facility for materials and equipment storage area.
2 Electricity and water consumption shoulder by the client.
3 The Contractor will provide Municipal Health Certificate only (if needed), For antigen/Swab test
the client will shoulder the payment.
4 Permits / Entry pass fees shoulder by the client (if needed)
