The undersigned are conducting a study entitled “Cultural practices of indigenous people in Sitio San Martin,
Cawag, Subic, Zambales”. This hopes to test and assess the preservation of their culture in terms of rituals,
clothing, and language.

In relation to this, they respectfully requesting for your kind cooperation by answering the following questions
