WILMA:
1. What did you used to look like when you were younger?
When I was younger I was more fun, I liked to go out to parties with my friends. I was
thinner and with more energy, now tired from work.
Before, I hated eating vegetables for lunch, but now I love eating them for breakfast
and lunch because they are delicious and very good for my health, as it is also
beneficial to control my overweight.
Honestly, I'm still not used to speaking English fluently, but I would like it to be like
that, so I try to practice it in my free time or when I'm not at work. I know that English
is important for my career and for my whole life, so I will try hard.
4. What would someone have to get used to if they lived in your country?
If someone came to Peru, I would advise them to get used to the traffic in the capital,
to the Peruvian slang, and to try the delicious typical dishes that are found in my
country.

decided to get out of my comfort zone and start being more sociable.

I used to hate spicy food and I did not drink much water, but now I love spicy food, I feel it
has more flavor, and water, now I drink almost 3 glasses a day. As for spicy, I know that
overeating can be bad for my health, so I avoid consuming it every day.

Well, first of all to their traditions, respecting the culture of the place where they are going
to stay, the different words they use and their different dishes of food.
Last summer I went on a trip with my family to Cascas, we visited different places and
ate some typical local dishes, and before returning we tasted and bought some wines.
