Below is a template for business plan. You need to fill this out using
the business you want to pursue.
1) Introduction (This part discusses what is the business plan all about)
2) Executive Summary (includes a general overview of what you want your company to be and
along with your business goals. What your business will do? Who will be your clientele? What kind of
products/services you will provide? List your business goals. (Company Motto/Product Tagline)

3) Management Section (Shows how you will manage your business and the people you need to
help you in your operations. It includes your manager and works as well.)
4) Marketing Section (Shows the design of your product/service; pricing, where you will sell and
how you will introduce your product/service to your market)
A) Product/Service Description (Are you going to sell a product or service? What will be the
benefit of your customers?. Encode you product description here.)
B) Price (You may present it in bullet form or itemized per product. The price maybe per piece, per
serve or per combo meal, it depends on your sales strategies)
Promotional Activity (Where and what media will you use to promote or advertise your
product/company. What will be your sales strategy? How are you going to advertise your

business? You may also include there a copy of your flyers and screenshots of your video
advertisement.)
5) Financial Section (shows the money needed for the business, how much you will take in and
how much you will pay out.)
A) Capital Amount (Indicate the capital amount per menu or product. Capital should include
transportation, packaging, labor, budget for advertisements like that of the flyers, logo and video
advertisement, etc. You may present it in bullet form, or itemized per product)
B) Expected Daily Sales (It refers to your company’s projected daily sales or goal per menu or
product. You may present it in bullet form, or itemized per product)
C) Expected Daily Expenses (It refers to your company’s projected daily expenses which may
include expenses from packaging, office supplies if there is any like manila paper, bond paper
and the likes. You may present it in bullet form, or itemized per product)
D) Income per Day (It refers to your company’s projected profit per day (Income = Daily Sales –
Daily Expenses per menu including packaging and the likes). You may present it in bullet form,

A) Production Area (Where would your production area be? Where are you going to prepare the
product? Include any members home address and school address if a product will be prepared
there)

8) Market (The persons who will buy/patronize the product or services. Describe who will be your
customers, their age range, types, likes/dislikes, anxiety, hobbies, etc. Encode the summary of your
Customers Profile here)
