PROCESS FOR REGISTERING & AVAILING STUDENT TRANSPORT

SERVICES F O R 2023 – 2024 ACADEMIC YEAR

A. Student Transport Request:

Parents are requested to register their wards on our portal : www.samschoolbus.com

or progressive web applications (“apps”) ( referred henceforth as “ SAM School Bus ” ), fill
the required fields and confirm their transport request by paying registration fees of Rs.
10,000/- + GST on or before 15th April 2023, in order to plan accordingly & avoid last
minute confusions.

B. Payment of Fees & Booking of Seats:

Once the transport team receives the transport request, the Transport Fees slab will be
assigned. The balance of which has to be paid on or before15th April 2023, post which
our team will plan for routing and route recce to gear up for operating on the day School
reopens.

C. Cut off dates:

Registration will be closed following the deadline.
Post which, for any new registration, parents to
contact respective transport managers.
Last date of registration:
Any such registrations, will be kept on hold and
15th April 2023
shall be reviewed for consideration post 15 days
from School commencement, subject to availability
of seats.
Balance payment to be paid before the due date, failing.
Last date of final Payment:
which the student will not be considered for final routing
25th April 2023
and the registration fees will be forfeited.

As you are aware, there will be lot of planning involved – like: logistics, Routing, Deployment of
manpower, etc., to name a few and if this is not planned in advance, the final operations will be affected.

We have planned for logistical, operational strategy and Centralized Data Maintenance with timely
planning to avoid any kind of confusion as many parents will confirm and may dropout at the last
minute. Most of them will admit after school starts, thereby creating confusions and delay in
implementation.

This being the case, we have decided to strictly adhere to the cutoff dates. Request everyone to kindly
understand our practical challenges and cooperate by registering and completing the payment within
the stipulated timeline.
